On February 20, 2025, our company held the annual commendation ceremony to honor outstanding teams and individuals who have
performed well in various fields over the past year. Five major awards were set up at the ceremony, including the Lean Production
Award, Excellent Trainer, Active Employee Award, Long-term Service Award, and Annual Excellent Employees. A total of 67 advanced
individuals and 2 teams were commended. Company leaders presented the awardees with certificates of honor and prizes, and
encouraged all employees to follow their example and contribute to the development of the company.
